Innokin Sensis won’t unlock

Hi, My Innokin Sensis vape will not unlock since last night. There is a lock symbol on the top left of the screen. It tells me to press power and - at once to unlock power. When I do this it still does not unlock, it just flashes the lock symbol. With this the lock symbol will go away but once I hit power to puff it comes back on straight away. Any help would be appreciated!

  Hi, Niamh. The wattage lock feature is meant to prevent accidental power changes. They can unlock using the power button and minus button combination, adjust to their wattage of choice, and then keep that wattage once they press power. The lock symbol should disappear when the button combination is pressed.
