    Thanks for reaching out to Innokin, and my apologies for the issues you're having with your CoolFire Z80. 

    Could you please contact the vendor about it first if it's still under the warranty? All authorized Innokin distributors are supposed to fulfill the 90 days After-Sales Warranty for this item. This will be the fastest way to resolve this issue or replace your device.

    If you cannot get to the store conveniently, you can contact Support@innokin.com. We would like to provide an after-sales service for you.
