    Thanks for reaching out to Innokin, and my apologies for the issues you're having with your MVP5.

    May we know which country you are living in? When and where did you buy this device?

    Could you please contact the vendor about it first if it's still under the warranty? All authorized Innokin distributors are supposed to fulfill the 90 days After-Sales Warranty for this item. This will be the fastest way to resolve this issue or replace the loose connection.
