I cannot get the help people to respond to me. My Z80 stopped working on day 3 over two months ago. They have asked for lots of information, including a video showing it doesn't work--all of which I provided, but now will not reply to me. Has anyone else had issues with this?

Had the same issue here. I have a warranty issue with a Zlide unit that they did finally return with an email. But I ordered a Z80 Coolfire the beginning of July and said would ship on the 16th. A USPS tracking number was made on the 18th, but USPS has not received the item in over a week? About to just toss all my Innokin stuff (tanks, coils, etc) in the garbage and go with another manufacturer!

Have you received your replacement yet? I have now been told three times they were going to replace my vape (that stopped working after 8 days), yet every time about a week later I get another request to send the exact information I have already sent four times. I even shot a video of me using it and it not working. I am beginning to think they are purposefully running me around in the hope that I give up.

They said they were sending me a replacement last week. But have not received it or any other info about it.
I did finally send a message about the Z80 I ordered that was setting in their warehouse for over a week! I did get an email return that said they were having an issue and it would send out that day..it did finally start moving with the original tracking number and should be here tomorrow.
I would send them another message about the warranty. They asked me for a video also..but it would not fire at all and sent a pic of the unit where the switch fell out and also a picture of the seal on the original packaging

Big update—I have a tracking number. If it gets here (still not quite holding my breath) I’ll undo all the bad reviews I made on Twitter lol
