Regular usb chargers will get hot charging endura t22 pro
The T22 pro manual states you need a 5v charger. Any regular 5v 1A charger will get extremely hot. Either my device has a failure, or there should be a warning in the manual to avoid regular usb chargers. The tiny booklet included only warns against using car chargers or "low quality" chargers. The bigger manual only speaks of a quality 5v charger. If using a quality 5v 1A adapter is not good. It should be mentioned explicitly. With a 5v 2a adapter, both the device and charger get quite warm, but, just within acceptable range. With a 1a charger the vape remains a relatively cool temperature, but the charger will heat up above acceptable levels. Is my unit faulty? Or should there be a warning not to use any charger below 2A?

Sounds like everything is mostly normal... the cable and charger will likely get hot due to the max amperage of 1A but should be the same heat as a 2A charger. It sounds like their 1A charger may not be functioning correctly, but as long as the device is getting a charge, everything is good on our end.
