Replace patch on Z80?

I chose a gunmetal z80 because it looked just too good, and black paint I have found in the past just doesn't wear well. I was wary of the suede patch on it, suspecting it would wear, but leather only comes on black However after only two weeks the suede is extremely bobbly - I didn't think it would go quite as quickly. Is it possible to buy a leather patch and retro fit it to my gunmetal mod, in place of the suede?

  Regarding your issue, actually, we don't recommend doing this. But it is technically possible if they are willing to sacrifice a mod just for the leather patch. We don't sell them separately.
