Endura T18 II - not firing, no lights unless on charge
I was vaping on my T18II and it suddenly kept firing even though I'd released the fire button. Once it stopped, after approx 10secs, it won't do anything as if it's completely dead. When I plug it in to charge the 3 lights flash together 3 times and then cycle through left, mid, right in turn 8 times and stop on the next light from where it started (i.e 8 and 1/3 cycles). After leaving on charge for more than 10 mins the battery still appears to be dead, not sure about leaving it longer (until I know it is rescuable) in case there is a problem with it that could cause a fire.
Is there anything I can do to rescue the battery?
What may have caused this?
Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. The Endura T18II battery has likely failed which is why the device only works when it gets direct power from an outlet. Additionally, the autofire showcases the device is faulty. Will need to be replaced via warranty if possible.
Please email us with a description of the issue to support@innokin.com for more help. They'll determine if you need a warranty replacement or repair and help you accordingly.
