How can I verify that my vaporizer is authentic?
Locate the Product Authentication number on the product packaging. Please visit https://www.innokin.com/verify-device and follow the instructions to verify your product authenticity.
The vaporizer won’t turn on.
Connect the USB-C port to a quality power supply and ensure the device is charged. The Trine can be turned on by pressing the main firing button 3 times rapidly.
The vaporizer is not producing flavour or clouds.
Check that the Trine is securely placed into the pod bay of your battery. Make sure the device is turned on by pressing the firing button rapidly 3 times in a row. Inspect the contact base of your Trine pod and ensure that it is clean and making a solid connection with the contacts within your battery. As a final resort, you can replace the Trine pod.
The LED on my vaporizer flashes but it will not produce vapour.
Ensure that your vaporizer is adequately charged. Check that the pod is correctly attached to the battery and that the connection area is clean and undamaged. Replace the pod as a final step.
What is the battery capacity (mAh) of the Trine vaporizer?
The Trine has an user replaceable 1000mAh Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery.
What is the best way to charge the Trine?
Use a certified wall charger with a high-quality USB-C cable. The Trine supports a maximum of 5V/1A charge rate.
How do I adjust the airflow setting of my Trine?
Locate the airflow control button on the right side of the device with the screen facing towards you. It's a small satin machined button that can be pushed up or down to finely tune your airflow adjustment.
What e-liquids are compatible in the Trine?
The Trine is compatible with both freebase nicotine e-liquid and nicotine salt e-liquid. The 0.6Ω pod is best suited for thicker e-liquids with high VG percentages, whereas the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods are better suited for 50VG/50PG style e-liquids.
How do I adjust the power setting of my Trine?
Simply press the main firing button twice rapidly to begin adjusting your power setting. Each press of the fire button will increase your power in half-watt increments. Once at the maximum power setting, the Trine will loop back to the lowest power setting in order to make the entire wattage range available for adjustment. The Trine has an adjustable wattage range of 6 to 25 Watts.
What is the optimal wattage range of each Trine pod?
The Trine has three pod choices available, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, and 1.2Ω. Please note the following optimal power ranges
for each pod below: 0.6Ω: 20 to 22 Watts
0.8Ω: 12 to 14 Watts
1.2Ω: 11 to 12 Watts
The vaporizer is not holding a charge/how do I replace the battery?
Use a certified wall charger with a high-quality USB-C cable. Monitor the device and verify that it is charging.
Wait until the device is fully charged. Note: All batteries have a limited number of full charge cycles. A battery
capacity may decrease based on charging and use over time. Note: Make sure that the device’s battery always
has some amount of charge/power. Do not store a device with an empty battery as it may damage the overall
lifespan of the battery. Additionally, the Trine features a user-replaceable battery pack. Simply pull the battery
back out of the bottom of the device, pinching the sides of the battery and Trine to ensure the removal of the
battery. When installing a new battery cell, the side of the battery with the "Innokin" logo should be installed such
that the "Innokin" logo is visible at the bottom of the device.
My vaporizer is getting very hot.
If the vaporizer is becoming hot to touch, or showing another type of malfunction, discontinue using the device immediately. Disconnect the tank, unplug it from any charger or cables, remove the battery cell and store the battery in a nonflammable environment, such as a fire retardant bag or container.
My atomizer or pod is getting very hot.
If the atomizer is becoming too hot, allow the device a couple of minutes to cool down before resuming use. If the tank is very hot, the vaporizer can potentially malfunction. Please disconnect the tank immediately in this event and store the vaporizer safely until it has cooled down.
The device is ‘autofiring’ the atomizer on its own.
The device may be malfunctioning or damaged. Please disconnect the atomizer immediately and store the vaporizer in a nonflammable environment, such as a fire retardant bag or container, and then continue to contact our Regional Support for more assistance.
